What do you advise I do when first lighting my candle?
I recommend burning your candle initially for around 2-3 hours to achieve a full melt pool (the wax has melted to either side fully), this allows for a clean burn all the way down and avoids wax tunnelling.

Are your candles vegan?
Yes, all of my candles are vegan and a conscious effort is made to reduce plastic use where I can.
Why does my candle wick sometimes create a ‘mushroom’ shape?
This can happen if soot accumulates on the wick of your candle. Simply extinguish the candle, cut the wick with a Wick Trimmer and re-light.
What delivery options are there?
I offer free UK 2nd class delivery on orders over £30. There are options for 1st class and tracked also, please just select your preferred delivery option at checkout
How long do your candles last?
My 150g candles burn for approximately 25-30 hours. My 200g candles are 35-40 and my 3-wick candles burn for >50 hours.
Do you offer gift-wrapping for candles?
Each product is wrapped in our repurposed fabric, but we do offer gift wrapping too. We use high quality Kraft gift-boxes. If you would like to add that extra luxury touch please select this option at checkout.
What is your refund process?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused/undamaged product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
We will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the amount of the product. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
